CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be respectful of our time and give proper notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Text and email reminders are sent out 72 hours before your appointment time; make sure your text and email reminders are enabled on your gloss genius account. Make sure to click the link in the reminder to confirm your appointment. We ask that you please cancel or reschedule 72 hours before your appointment time. We completely understand that emergencies come up and will be flexible with certain situations. A 72 hour before appointment notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you fail to do so it will result in loss of “deposit” of the service booked. A “no show” or same day cancelation for a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked. Your deposit will not be refunded. As stated before a credit card will be required to keep on file for all clients. In the event that we attempt to charge your card for a last minute cancelation or missed appointment and the card is declined, expired or not valid, You will be expected to let us know and update it. If you do not or refuse to pay the outstanding balance, you will no longer be able to book with our salon.
